At Jalia Studio, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out as expected. Our return and refund policy is designed to be straightforward, fair, and easy to follow, so you can shop with clarity and confidence.

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

In other words, you have a 30-day window starting from the delivery date to request a return.

From time to time, we may extend this period during major shopping seasons (such as the holiday or Christmas period). Any such extension will be clearly communicated on our website and will only apply for a limited time.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be sent back in their original condition:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags attached

  • Returned with original packaging intact

  • Free from any visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We accept returns in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind or selected the wrong item or size

  • The item does not meet your expectations (non-defective)

  • The item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect

However, certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, customization, or clearance reasons:

  • Underwear and swimwear

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Personal care items

  • Opened or used hygiene-related products

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Return

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at service@jaliastudio.com within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason

  3. Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions

  4. Send the item back to the address below

Please wait for return approval before sending your item. Unapproved returns may not be processed correctly.

At this time, prepaid return labels are only provided for defective or incorrect items.

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost

  • For all other returns (such as change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Shipping fees vary depending on the carrier and location and are typically charged at standard market rates.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are unable to guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.

Refund Processing Time & Method

After your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

We do not apply restocking fees, and the full product amount will be refunded once the return meets our conditions.

Special Situations

  • Return items lost or damaged in transit:
    If a return shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with supporting details such as tracking information or photos. We will review the situation and work with you toward a reasonable solution.

  • Partial returns:
    If only part of your order is returned, the refund will apply only to the returned items.

  • Exchanges:
    We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.
