Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
Please note:
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day
- During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not support international shipping, and orders with non-U.S. delivery addresses cannot be fulfilled.
Transit Time & Estimated Delivery
After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability.

- Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees
- Actual delivery may vary due to external factors such as logistics operations or regional conditions
We appreciate your understanding that once a package is handed over to the carrier, transit times are outside our direct control.
Shipping Rates
We offer straightforward and transparent shipping rates:
- Free Shipping on orders over $60.00
- Standard Shipping Fee: $7.99 for orders between $0 – $59.99
Additional charges may apply under certain conditions:
- Remote Area Surcharge (for hard-to-reach locations)
- Heavy Item Fee: $12.00 (applied to oversized or high-weight items where applicable)
All applicable shipping costs will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Carriers & Order Tracking
To ensure dependable delivery, we partner with established logistics providers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, SF Express, and 4PX.
After your order has been shipped:
- A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address
- You can also monitor your shipment status through your account dashboard on our website
Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to become active after shipment.
Restricted Areas
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
In some cases, certain remote or rural areas within the U.S. may have limited carrier service, which could result in longer delivery times or additional fees.
Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- National or public holidays
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier-related delays
- Supply chain disruptions
If your order experiences a significant delay, we will make every effort to notify you promptly via email and keep you informed.
